Role Overview:
The General Manager will be fully responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and brand positioning of a high-end heritage property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Sales, Finance, HR).
- Maximize Revenue, ADR & Occupancy.
- Enhance guest experience to 5-star luxury standards.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Drive international market exposure (OTA, Corporate, Tour Operators).
- Control costs while improving GOP performance.
- Build and lead a high-performance management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in 5-star hotels.
- Proven track record as Hotel Manager / General Manager.
- Strong background in heritage or luxury hospitality is a plus.
- Expertise in revenue management & hotel KPIs.
- Strong leadership & team-building skills.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
