Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Specialist to provide professional pest management services for a portfolio of luxury hotels in Alexandria. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of pest prevention, monitoring, and control while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine pest inspections, monitoring, and treatment in luxury hotel facilities.
  • Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
  • Identify pest activity, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, treatment records, and inspection documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with hotel management and housekeeping teams to prevent pest infestations.
  • Respond promptly to emergency pest control requests.
  • Safely handle, store, and apply pesticides according to local regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pest control services.
  • Previous experience in hotels and hospitals is mandatory.
  • Experience with luxury hospitality environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM), pest identification, and pesticide application.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high service standards.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pest control certification or relevant professional licenses.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, food safety, and infection control standards.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
