A leading 5-Star Heritage Luxury Hotel Group in Alexandria is seeking a highly experienced Regional Financial Director to lead financial strategy, control, and performance across our prestigious hotel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee financial operations across multiple hotel properties.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets & forecasts.
- Monitor profitability, cost control & financial performance (GOP, EBITDA).
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax & financial regulations.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors & financial institutions.
- Provide strategic insights to support growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 20+ years experience in Finance.
- MUST: Experience in Hotels / Hospitality ONLY.
- Previous role as Financial Director / CFO in hotel groups.
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems & reporting.
- Excellent leadership & decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
