Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This role partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Create and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct search.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
